Gosh!

I've been pretty busy.

I move house tomorrow, back in with the folks for a stint.  Me and Lola are going to be much happier there.

I'm wary this time of the false elation that one tends to get when one changes one's living arrangements.  This time is a time of...reflection, I guess. I had a bit of a wake up call about my life recently and, where I want to avoid this becoming the confessional style blog that I seem to fall so naturally into, making changes in me and in my life that will allow me to be an authentic me.  To get back to what is important to me and to what makes me happiest.

There will be much more making in my life.

As I said the other week to my dad and mum over lunch, I don't give a fuck about a career.  I just want to make stuff.

So that's what I'm going to do.

This is what I've been working on

goldie

The bride's frock. My lovely friend was married on Saturday to a man who complements her perfectly. I had the honour of helping her dress the way she wanted.

The day was perfect, a cloudy drizzly morning gave way to sunshine half an hour before the ceremony which was simple and beautiful.

Congratulations and much love, my lady. May you spend many happy years and grow old with each other.

By the way, nice boobs.
