the finished quilt (plus Lola and mouse)
I never did post pictures of this, did I?
until now.
Remember I was banging on about making a quilt? This is the finished item.
I'm rather pleased with it.

The back side is one large square surrounded by the off-white and then the orange binding.
So there you are!

and Lola wants me to point out how exceptionally clever she is putting the mouse there all by herself.
although...
i do think you should have saved a bit of that fabric and made a matching hat for Lola.
I like pirates and I like making stuff. I was taught to sew and knit as soon as my fingers could hold the needles. It was a way of keeping me out of trouble. It was suggested that I become an engineer, so I went to see what that meant. I did a fashion degree. I did a physics degree. Now I get crafty to keep my sanity from my day job. It almost works.
